The land titles office states that the current building was built in 1963, although it could be as early as 1958.

This photo was taken around 1918 and shows Joe Hill's Grocer and HK Anning's Produce store next door, with JF Lee & Sons on the left and the Hobart Savings Bank on the right.

Kilmartin's Produce Store signage reflected in the window of Tom Andrews' Butcher across the road in the 1930s. Until recently this glimpse was all we had, but it was better than nothing.
