On the northeast by three chains and 32 links southeasterly along a grant to William Stanley Sharland commencing at the west angle thereof on High Street on the southeast by one chain and 65 links southwesterly along a grant to William Jarvis on the southwest by three chains 32 links and one half link northwesterly also along the last mentioned grant to High Street aforesaid and thence on the northwest by one chain and 52 links northeasterly along that street to the point of commencement.
