H W Traill Auctioneers - need help to identify this building and location. This photo is most likely 1920s - 1932 at the latest.
HW Traill Grocer & Ironmonger - an ironmonger was a shop where articles for the house and garden such as tools, nails, and pans were sold. (Photo from the Cyclopedia of Tasmania 1931 Edition)
The Mercury 15 June 1935 - HW Traill sold the business to SP English.


After selling to SP English in 1935, there are ads for the business trading in New Norfolk between 1939 and 1950 in the Mercury Newspaper. This ad from 1950 is the only one with a street address and shows that their office wasocated in Burnett Street, well at least in 1950.
