This property is on two titles - the left hand shop on one title and the right hand shop with residence on the second.
Some time between 1947 and 1963 the galvanised metal and weatherboard workshop buildings were demolished and two brick shops were built on the site, not necessarily at the same time. The right hand shop appears to be earlier.
Later the wall between the two shops was knocked out to make a single shop.
