- Lyell Snack Bar and Lyell Butchery (1960s)
- Ray Sherrin Butcher (1968 to 1985)
- Eagle Snack Bar (1965 to now)
Built by Vic Di Felice around 1955, the building was originally two shops with residence upstairs where the Di Felice family lived. The shops were let out as a snack bar and a butchery.
During the 1960 flood, members of the family were trapped upstairs and never knew the names of the two men who rescued them in their boat.
