"On the North east by three chains and thirty two links South easterly along a Grant to William Stanley Sharland commencing at the West angle thereof on High Street on the South east by one chain and sixty five links South westerly along a Grant to William Jarvis on the South west by three chains thirty two links and one half link North westerly also along the last mentioned Grant to High Street aforesaid and thence on the North west by one chain and fifty two links North easterly along that street to the point of commencement"
