Rosedown Cottage Gardens, New Norfolk Hundreds of roses bloom in this four and a half acre garden, which was transformed from orchards and hopfields into a series of delightful gardens. The emphasis is on roses, with masses of old-fashioned breeds, David Austin roses and a collection by Australian rose breeder Alister Clark, but there are many other wonderful blooms on display. In springtime, there is a colourful array of daffodils, crab apples and beautifully scented lilacs. A worthwhile visit for any flower connoisseur, avid gardener or anyone with a simple appreciation of the beauty of flowers.
